Lander Consultancy is specialist recruitment training company operating for over 30 years. We have a team of highly experienced senior trainers, executive coaches and international consultants who have vast experience and have trained thousands of recruitment professionals in UK and Ireland, across English speaking Europe and Asia Pacific.

We offer innovative training, consulting and coaching service tailored to your needs. We strive to create a collaborative, open, adaptable and fun culture for our team and our partners. We want to work with likeminded people and build strong customer relationships enabling us to maximise on our mutual existing successes and together achieve new ones.

Key to our success is understanding your business so, getting to know you and your team is very important to us. We provide Assessments with our partner Thomas International and our own Training Needs Analysis. Planning and working with you own specific training programme from initial on-boarding with specialist courses for your more experienced recruiters, and a comprehensive leadership programme. What we don’t have on offer we will design bespoke to you specific business needs.
